Independent National Electoral Commission portal at https://www.inecrecruitment.
Log with your email address and password you had earlier created when applying.
You will be able to see your status.
Alternatively, you can log to your mails and check if they sent any messages to you.

Log in with your credentials or details
Click on the PDF file containing the names of shortlisted candidates.
Download the list which is in PDF format.
Save it to your computer or a place you can access it later.
Open the PDF list and check state by state.
